Local Pick Up, KW, Ontario: 

The 2024 season ends on Sunday December 22 at 8pm EST.

Canadian Destinations:

UPS Christmas Delivery Cut Off Date: December 9, 2024. Please be aware that UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, so MSE is unable to fulfill orders for those deliveries. UPS orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday, with exceptions for weather/illness.

Canada Post: Unknown. I am unable to guarantee ANY Canada Post orders once the strike is over, regardless of their estimations, including overnight shipping. Learn how MSE is handling the strike here.

Destinations in the USA:

Cut Off Date: December 9, 2024. USA/International Orders are shipped on weekly on Wednesdays, with exceptions for weather/illness. *Generally shipped with UPS/USPS.

International Orders:

Please keep an eye out for custom/duty tax notifications. MSE doe not assume responsibility for additional duty charges.

Winter 2025:

  • January 4: Local Pick Up + Shipping Resumes!

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday - Saturday: 9am-6pm EST (NYC/Toronto). Email response time is within 24 hours, with exceptions shared below. 

Local Pick Up, Shipping Delays + Weather:

  • MSE is located in Ontario, Canada. This means that there is winter weather we contend with! Please don't put your life in danger to complete a local pick up. Amanda is happy to work out an alternative time. 
  • Local Pick Ups: Amanda will hold your item for LP for 7 full business days. She will email you when your item is ready, so check your spam! The email gives you all the details you need to complete your local pick up, along with the address. 
  • Note: My Sparkling Emporium is a one person show. Amanda does her best to ship items out within the first 48hours of an order, or on noted shipping days for continuity. Because we are located in Ontario, winter weather can be a factor. In the case of a major weather event, Amanda will email you with a heads up!
