Fall + Winter 2024:
December: Given shipping delays, weather etc. there is no guarantee for Holiday delivery. Earlier is ALWAYS better! However, I do have some suggested shipping cut off dates to keep in mind for Christmas Shipping:
- December 4: International Orders.
- December 9: United States + Canada Orders.
- December 20: Last Local Pick Up + Shipping Day for 2024!
Winter 2025:
- January 4: Local Pick Up + Shipping Resumes!
A gentle reminder that this is a one person show. If there's an issue, shoot me a respectful email and we can find a solution. The site is always open, but there are a few dates with full communication blackouts and shipping date adjustments.
For urgent and wholesale inquiries, email is recommended. Instagram/TikTok Dm's are welcome, but sometimes get lost in the void!
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday - Saturday: 9am-6pm EST (NYC/Toronto). Email response time is within 24 hours, with exceptions shared below.
Local Pick Up, Shipping Delays + Weather:
- MSE is located in Ontario, Canada. This means that there is winter weather we contend with! Please don't put your life in danger to complete a local pick up. Amanda is happy to work out an alternative time.
- Local Pick Ups: Amanda will hold your item for LP for 7 full business days. She will email you when your item is ready, so check your spam! The email gives you all the details you need to complete your local pick up, along with the address. Please read all the things, as sometimes I do house sit down the road- and that is where LP will be during those times.
- Note: International Orders are shipped on Monday + Friday weekly, with exceptions for Shipping Pauses. If a ship day falls into a shipping pause, Amanda will ship them the next business day when shipping resumes!
