Hours of Operation:

Tuesday - Saturday: 9am-6pm EST (NYC/Toronto). Email response time is within 24 hours, with exceptions shared below. 

Local Pick Up, Shipping Delays + Weather:

  • MSE is located in Ontario, Canada. This means that there is winter weather we contend with! Please don't put your life in danger to complete a local pick up. Amanda is happy to work out an alternative time. 
  • Deliveries: Amanda generally uses Canada Post for deliveries. This means that as the weather gets colder and we near the Christmas season, she HIGHLY recommends ordering in advance. Key cut off dates are noted below!
  • Local Pick Ups: Amanda will hold your item for LP for 7 full business days. She will email you when your item is ready, so check your spam! The email gives you all the details you need to complete your local pick up!

Fall + Winter 2023:

October:

  • October 5: Shipping stops at 12PM EST.
  • October 6-9: Canadian Thanksgiving Long Weekend
  • October 10: Shipping resumes!

November:

  • November 30: Last day for International Orders to be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. 

December:

  • December 3: Last day for Canada/USA to be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. 
  • December 22: Last day for Local Pickup for 2023.
  • December 23-25:  Shipping/Local Pick Up Paused. Please allow 24-48 hours for responses. 
  • December 26: All orders from December 24, 25 + 26(12noon EST) processed + shipped out. 
  • December 27-January 3, 2024: Shipping/Local Pickup Pause. Please allow 24-48 hours for email responses. Full blackout for December 31/January1.

 A gentle reminder that this is a one person show. If there's an issue, shoot me a respectful email and we can find a solution. The site is always open, but there are a few dates with full communication blackouts and shipping date adjustments. Please double check the shipping dates, especially for holiday items.

For urgent and wholesale inquiries, email is recommended. Instagram/TikTok Dm's are welcome, but sometimes get lost in the void!
