Hours of Operation:
Tuesday - Saturday: 9am-6pm EST (NYC/Toronto). Email response time is within 24 hours, with exceptions shared below.
Local Pick Up, Shipping Delays + Weather:
- MSE is located in Ontario, Canada. This means that there is winter weather we contend with! Please don't put your life in danger to complete a local pick up. Amanda is happy to work out an alternative time.
- Local Pick Ups: Amanda will hold your item for LP for 7 full business days. She will email you when your item is ready, so check your spam! The email gives you all the details you need to complete your local pick up, along with the address. Please read all the things, as sometimes I do house sit down the road- and that is where LP will be during those times.
Winter 2024:
- February 17-19: Local Pick Up/Shipping Paused.
- March 29 - April : Local Pick Up/Shipping Paused.
- May 17-20: Local Pick Up/Shipping Paused.
A gentle reminder that this is a one person show. If there's an issue, shoot me a respectful email and we can find a solution. The site is always open, but there are a few dates with full communication blackouts and shipping date adjustments.
For urgent and wholesale inquiries, email is recommended. Instagram/TikTok Dm's are welcome, but sometimes get lost in the void!
