Shipping policy

Shipping charges are based on weight & your shipping total is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping! My Sparkling Emporium is not responsible for Duties & Taxes incurred at time of delivery. 

Local Pick Up:

I(Amanda) offer contactless, local pick up for customers who would prefer to skip the mailing wait times. If you live within an hour from KW, you are more than welcome to drive by and grab your order when it is ready. 

Select LOCAL PICK up from the shipping options. You will get an automatic email when your order is ready - simply follow the calendar link to book your pick up time, and show up! You will see the address, along with a contact phone number in the details. 

Local Pick Up Hours:

Items can be collected starting from 9am until 8pm. If these hours don't work for you, reach out and let me know. We also have a large, loud dog. He may bark, but he will not be greeting you outside. 

Please Note: All local items are required to be picked up within 10 (ten) business days. After ten days, your items will be returned to inventory for sale. You will receive a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items with names will receive a refund, less a 40% restocking fee.

Packaging:

Please keep in mind that the majority of the packing supplies your order is shipped with can be recycled or reused.

Boxes/Flat Pack Envelopes/Chipboard Sheets: these cardboard/kraft paper items can be recycled, or reused.

Washi Tape: this is a biodegradable product that can be composted or recycled with paper items.

Packing Tape/Clear Print Sleeves: while packing tape is not reusable, it can be recycled with plastics. The clear print sleeves can be reused or recycled with other plastics.

Worldwide! Please reach out if you are unable to complete a purchase to your desired location. Unfortunately, shipping to the USA is currently on pause. With the unpredictability of shipping, tariffs, duties and pace of shipping program changes, MSE is unable to fulfill USA orders.
