Shipping + Local Pick Up:

MSE is located in Ontario, Canada. All orders qualify for shipping options, shown at check out, or free, Local Pick Up in KW, Ontario. Currently, MSE is unable to ship to the USA.

Shipping Days:

Snail Mail Orders: Monday - Friday* 

Tracked Shipping: Monday/Wednesday/Friday*

MSE is located in Ontario. Shipping days that fall onto Stat. Holidays will move to the next available weekday. For example, Easter Monday. Post offices are closed, so orders from the weekend will ship on the tuesday.

2026:

• February 16: Family Day, No Shipping.
• April 3 - 6: Shipping/Local Pick Up Pause
• April 7: Shipping + Local Pick Up Resume.
• August 27-September 2: Shipping/Local Pick Up Pause
• September 3: Shipping + Local Pick Up Resume

Local Pick Up:

MSE offers contactless, local pick up in KW, Ontario (Pioneer Park/Doon South). You will receive an email that contains the address + calendar to book your pick up.  All local pick up orders are required to be picked up within 10 (ten) business days. After ten days, your items will be returned to inventory for sale. You will receive a refund, less a 25% restocking fee. 

*Weather Watch: MSE is located in Ontario, which means that we do occasionally see weather that can disrupt shipping. If you book a Local Pick Up, and the weather is bad, please do not hesitate to stay home and stay safe. Additionally, when ordering during December, January + February, please note that shipping delays can occur based on weather. Amanda does her best to post orders the next day when it is weather safe to do so.
