SHIPPING FAQS

MSE offers a variety of shipping options- including contract free local pick up in Kitchener, Ontario. Orders are shipped within 48 hours, as per the shipping schedule below.

October 16: Snail mail is back, with limitations- expect delivery with 8-14 days. ALL mail carriers may experience delays due to extra volume. MSE is currently unable to ship to the USA, due the lack of infrastructure in place with the removal of De Minimus. Amanda will update if this changes. 

Canada:

  • Snail Mail: Stickers, Sticker Cards, Sparkle Posters, Ornaments/Keychains.
    • 5-9 Business days, $2 CAD: INTERMITTENT STRIKES.
      • Expect delivery delays, 8-14 business days for delivery estimated.
    • Ships Monday - Friday*
  • Tracked Mail: Stickers, Sticker Cards, Sparkle Posters, Ornaments/Keychains.
    • 4-6 Business Days, $5 CAD
    • Ships Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • Tracked Mail: Prism Suncatchers, Kits, Glassware., orders +$150.
    • 4-6 Business Days, $9 CAD
    • Ships Monday/Wednesday/Friday*
  • Local Pick Up: All Products.
    • Pioneer Park Area, KW. 
    • Choose a convenient time from the MSE Calendar, emailed to you once items are ready. Slots available 7 days a week. 

International:

  • Tracked Mail: varies by location, options will populate at checkout. 
  • MSE is not responsible for any duties + tariffs.

*Weather Watch + Holiday Shipping: 

MSE is located in Ontario- we do occasionally see weather that can disrupt shipping. If you book a Local Pick Up, and the weather is bad, please do not hesitate to stay home and stay safe. Additionally, when ordering during December, January + February, please note that shipping delays can occur based on weather. December 22 is the last shipping day for 2025. Orders purchased between December 23 and January 4th, 2026 will ship January 5th, 2026.
