Local Pick Up FAQ

Grab + Go! My Sparkling Emporium offers contactless Local Pick Up in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.

How it works:

• Place your order + choose Local Pick up.
• Amanda will pack your order + email you a link to book your local pick up.
• You will follow the link to Calendly. You will see pick up details like the address + a phone number to text if you have any issues. 
• Choose from the available times to come + pick up your order.
• Pop over- feel free to use the driveway if it's free.
• Your order will be labelled, in a gray pick up basket by the door.

Additional Details:

• The email used for your order is the email that will get the link! Please check your spam folder.
• It's normal for Amanda to email you the pick up link shortly after your place your order. The pick up system has buffer time built in to allow her time to pack it up!
• A close intersection is Doon Village Road + Pioneer Drive.
• There is a covered porch to protect your order from the elements.
• There are three steps up, and I am happy to adjust to inside the garage for accessibility. Amanda's phone number is provided so you can text her for a garage pick up. 
• You will very likely hear our large dog making a racket. He will be inside, to keep you safe ;)
• Weather Alert: our street is VERY windy and slippery. If there is inclement weather, please don't hesitate to stay home and adjust your pick up time.
